Arrival and Departures: Please arrive for a complimentary pot of tea after 4:00pm. If you know you will be later than 6:00pm please let us know. We hope you have a great holiday, but we will need you to check out by 10:30am.
Bookings: Your booking is secured by a cheque deposit, which we ask for at the time of booking.
1 night = 50% deposit.
2-5 nights = 1st nights accommodation.
5+ nights = 20% deposit.
Smoking: We ask guests not to smoke anywhere inside the house.
There is a family cat in residence.
We regret we are unable to accommodate children or pets.
